Typically our purchases will be:
  • Single Assets comprising Retail and Upper Parts
  • Short leases or properties requiring re-gearing
  • Vacant properties including those in need of refurbishment
  • Leasehold properties
  • Lock-up shops.
  • High street/secondary parades with asset management opportunities.
  • Building can be let/ part-let/ fully vacant.
  • Joint Venture Opportunities
  • £100 up to £750k for single assets.
  • £1m + for parades & portfolios

AGENTS

At MNB properties we value our relationships with agents and are always delighted to pay generous fees on any properties which are introduced to us. We also enter into regular profit-share arrangements where agents feel they would prefer to share in any value which can be added to a property.

TENANTS

At MNB we maintain excellent relationships with many National and Regional tenants. This often extends to using our network of regional agents to purchase and fit out vacant units where our retail partners have indicated to us a willingness to trade from the area. This model proves mutually beneficial for both parties.
