Nick spent time in a residential agency before joining first Harman Healy and then Barnett Ross Auctioneers. Nick maintains first-class relationships with commercial agents nationwide and oversees the company’s private treaty purchases, day-to-day management of the portfolio and development of key relationships with National and Regional occupiers.
After 16 years in the commercial auction market, first with Harman Healy and then as a Director of Barnett Ross, Matt has built up unrivalled nationwide experience. Matt deals with all legal matters relating to ongoing transactions and the existing portfolio as well as overseeing the portfolio refurbishment projects and financing requirements.
Harry previously worked in a Residential Estate agency for a national housebuilder in their new homes department. He is focused on leading the company's ambitious acquisition programme by working with local and national agents as well as sourcing off-market opportunities. Harry also works with regional and national occupiers to identify partnership opportunities.
